Hello,

If I had 5 workers of l asius flavus without worker and 1 have 1 queen of l asius niger if I put the workers in would there be a chance of them being together or no?

No.
The only thing you can trie to do is to give the colony the brood of the different species.
By the way it doesn´t make any sence to do so. The different workers meight even kill each other!
