formicopedia will be back by the summer, wish I had more time to devote to it, but you may be pleased to hear that the redesign is finished, and the database is pretty much integrated, now I just have the painstaking task of reuploading everything....we wil be back!

Hello.
I have been unable to download the Lasius Niger caresheet (http://formicopedia.com/lasius_niger_caresheet.pdf). The site appears to be down. Is anyone out there willing to share their copy with me? I would be very appreciative. I have just recently set up my Lasius Niger farm using the Ant Store starter kit and have lots of questions. The most pressing is that condensation appeared in the nest area from the moment I set it up, and I had not yet added any water to the ground or sand. Also, wondering if I need to trim the length of the rubber connecting tube between the basin and nest. Seems very long. Also lots of questions about judging the right humidity level for my colony. As you see, I could really use the care sheet.
