Yes, they already had some slave ants with them. I have ant colonies in my backyard and I am going to try to get some eggs from them.

I have question.. will Formica sanguinea take cocons of such ants like Lasius niger and rase whem like slaves, or it is not posible for such diffrent ants to live in one nest?

They will take Lasius niger brood as food. You only can give them Serviformica brood, evry other brood will be eaten. They don´t take every ant as a slave.
