SteveUK28: Camponotus ligniperda (19. Aug 2008 12:22)

Hey guys,

Well i got my nice new colony of ligniperda :D
Lovely queen and around 14 workers, nice lump of eggs and some larvae :)

Got them to now move into a ytong.. pics included. As you can see im using the first ytong i ever made that was originaly for my Lasius niger. I added a leg to this setup and im now unsure which well to use... Either the one on top.. which tbh dont make much of the nest damp at all.. or the leg underneath. What do you guys think??

I would go for the leg underneath. Great pictures Steve and a nice setup. I hope they will do just fine in there.
