Hello to all ant keepers and those interested.Could you please give me any info or tips as to keeping camponotus herculeanus as im new to this species.I have only kept lasius niger mymica rubra and lasius flavis.I have currentley got a queen with brood of larva.thankyou all. greetings ADAM :cya:

Well, i would keep her in test tube until she has 10-20 workers, then move them to bigger setup to let them expand their nest.
For feeding i feed them with honeywater and freshly killed insects and colony grows fine.
I keep them in temperature of 20-30 Celsius and nest humidity is about 20-30%
