Hey Guys,
My Camponotus l ign i perdus colony have been out of hibernation for around two weeks. Its really nice to see them out on a daily basis. The brood have started to develope and the queen is laying more eggs. The colony has also started eating the insects I offer them. Last night I did notice one of the workers was acting alittle strange. she was just sat in the middle of the basin moving around alittle bit but looking as if she was lost. I think she may be about to die.
I'll have some pictures of the colony tomorrow.
Just wanted to thank all you guys for your advice over the last year.

Hey Guys
awesome pics!
Very nice, good luck with your colony. :)
Hey Guys,
I had a sneaky look at how the colony was doing today. I counted 11 larve and around ten eggs. Happy days!
Plus I thought I'd mention that I fed them some freeze dried blood worms and they seem to love them!
Just wanted to share this picture with you guys.
Hey Guys,
My new nest came last night so I thought I would share it with you, I know the setup is far too big for the colony at the min but I think it still looks good :)
