They are in deed not that hard to keep only they develop slow and that makes them hard to keep. ;)

Well mine are hard, because my workers keep dying.
So my colony doens't grow at all.

So I have some questions:
How moist must the nest be?
Which type of fruit do you give?
Do you give them suger water of honey?
Which insects do you give them?
The temperature?

Do you have other tips?

Moist.. i wouldnt know cos i keep mine in a ytong...
Fruit.. i personaly dont.. but things like apple would be fine as long as it is removed before it goes mouldy...
YES.. they need sugar water AND fresh water...
Insect i give mine are meal worms, crickets, locusts and occasionaly wax worms...
Temp ranges between 21-28c

Other tips... Patience.
