Hello,
I was working at my job which involves a lot of walking around, and as I was walking around I found 3 queen ants. I made an ant farm but my problem is that when I am putting in the dirt it bows out the plexiglass.... How can I get the dirt in my Ant farm without it bowing out the plexiglass?

Use thicker plexiglass or less elastic material.
Maybe you could also put two stacks of heavy books to the left an right side to support ant farm's "walls" then fill in the dirt. But I think it'll still bowing out after some time. More wood in the middle could help support the walls too.
But I am not Tim Taylor, maybe other people more experienced in such things can give you additional advice ;)
Best regards
Andy
You have put to much pressure on the sand. An easy way to support both sides is to use TESA stripes. 3 Stripes near the middle was enough for my farms. The free "gluepart" on the downside of the stripes have to covered, so it couldnt be a deathtrap for the ants.
Hope this english is enough.
