Hi,
Just thought ide share with anyone in the UK who finds it hard to get hold of the stuff, Maplin sell it for about 4 quid in spray form, much better value as you get loads, seems to work really well, but its pretty toxic in vapor form so don't breath it in and use it outside preferably.
Actually, the dissolvent is the toxic thing. But it should evaporate in a few minutes, then the teflon coating itself doesn't pose any danger. The best method of using this is spray a bit on the cotton ball and then use this ball to grease the walls. Don't spray directly onto the walls, you will use too much and risk mixing the toxic dissolvent with water in formicarium, which could be dangerous for ants.
yeah cheers for that.
Thanks for sharing that, matthew. I live in the UK and I know of a web shop that sells it (http://store.edu-sci.com), but if you're just buying that the shipping costs are a bit steep.
Thanks a lot for this really usefull bit of info =D
