Ok guys some pics of my 2 colonys..
Not the best but the macro lens has helped.. i think i just need to stop the autofocus dunno how tho.. Might be a lot better then.
Yea, it's always best to use manual focus when taking marco shots, the auto focus is no where near as accurate as the eye :cam: .
I have to desagree on this one. The eye is accurate when it comes to deciding if the picture is out of focus when you see it on monitor or printed out. But the resolution of camera LCD´s is now way near the resolution the eye can perceve. The picutre in viewfinder eyepiece can be decieving as the depth of field can be different as you see it. Thus making final picture blury. If it is at any consolation also pro´s use autofocus.
Of course you can get good pics with autofocus, but I find that they always come out much sharper with manualfocus, I'ts just a bit more difficult :!: .
When i'm making pictures with autofocus it become a not sharp. When the camera is setting up the lens it gets sharp but when it takes the picture it isn't :( .
When you focus manually and you've got a viewer (not LCD, don't know the english name :P) you can make really sharp pictures.
I think i'm goining to use my not digital camera to make pictures becouse it doesn't got a autofocus :p .

Can't you just turn off the autofocus? With my camera I can turn off just about everything and have nothing on auto.
I use the autofocus on my camera and i must say, for me it works well. ;)
lol jimmy thats cos u have an awesome camera ;)
I have been playing about with MF.. and i must admit.. my autofocus is always very good.
I guess that the effectiveness of autofocus can vairy alot from camera to camera :-k .
Maybe that is true, like i said i always use autofocus, if i doe it manually it is not that good, ore maybe my eyes ore not that good. ;)
