Hi nepenthes_ak

I am not 100 percent sure if is this formica. It is formiciae part of ants ,but I see it is smaller like many European Formica species. On first look it is formica ,but when I look better ,it is like some other specie. I dont know ,what is size of this queens?

@
in inside of your glass tube is very wet climate ,try to get small part of toilet paper (2x4 cm) on the glass into tube ,like carpet ;) ,it will be better for queens :)

Thanks for the suggestions Skippy, but I've never had problems with humidity, in my test tubes, and I've raised at least 30 colony's the same way.

By the way, The first two are in a different tub and are a different species.

The last 3 pictures look like a Formica sp. not really sure.

The first 2 pictures i have no idea.

I think they are all Formic but the two up top might be in a different subgenus.

I am Fairly Certain that the last queens are Formica neogagates

I think they are all F. neogagates, in the F. neogagates group its poor to ID them from just color. I took these with my moms P&S Olympus.
