what is the solution in your tubes? Water or a honey solution?

Hi 4mykids and welcome to the forum.

No it is just water. It is meant to keep the 'nest' (temporally) moist.

I feed them outside the tube, honey solution (or sugar) and some bugs and of course seeds. ;)
