Looks very good. Try not to disturb them to much. they get stressed up easily.

Hi 4mykids and welcome to the forum.

No it is just water. It is meant to keep the 'nest' (temporally) moist.

I feed them outside the tube, honey solution (or sugar) and some bugs and of course seeds. ;)
