Thank you! The camera is actually very cheap. bought from amazon and cost me arroud 17 euros

The videos look like profession equipment was used. :) Which webcam did you used exactly?

For the 1st one in this post (last one I made) I used a V7 HD. If you search in amazon you find it's very cheap. The Cons is that I can only film in HD at 10 fps. Since I do alot of time lapse videos, It's no problem.
The others, I used a old cheap webcam which is only SD. I removed the red plastic for IR filtering so i could make some shots in the dark. I used IR light, and since ants cannot see IR light they were not disturbed. I must say that my Messor b arbarus are very sensible to light and become berzerk. With the IR light they feel like they were in the dark.
