The original scientific description by A. Forel 1893 says:
worker without mandibles 4.7 mm, with mandibles 6.0 mm.

The queen caste and the male of this species apparently have not been scientifically described as yet. It would be recommendable to send one or a few specimens of worker, queen and male to a taxonomist both for verifying the identity of your species and for description of the undescribed forms.
