i either use blutack or just good old cello tape (works only with ants which dont have strong jaws)
But the lighter idea is good

Yes, i have them, I'm thinking of selling them. I don't need so many Herculeanus colonies (already got 2 colonies over 30workers). If nobody wants to buy them until next summer i may release some back to the wild.

lol i have two test tubes filled with grass seeds and the colony is 30-40 workers i think they just trying to seal them up :)
