think u need a better flash tho dood, you will get allot more defnition on your picture and more contrast, something to fill the image out a bit, have you got an attachment socket you can add one to? doesnt need to be anything special, and a difuser would be good to (a piece of paper will do)

I know... ;) I have a bit of system now to get the flash more where she needs to be but these pictures where taken before i had it. Still it is difficult to use. (for me :) ) I'm not so great with camera's. ;)

White paper is great for getting nice soft reflections, if you can cover the walls of the nest with white paper, except the one you are taking the picture thru, that will help allot, also a bit of white paper over the flash will diffuse the light and bring out allot of the detail

i'm not an expert of course lol but i've been experimenting n reading allot :D
