I'm not sure but they are pretty big.

I'm guessing the queen is about 2.4 - 2.8cm
Soldiers 2.0 - 2.4cm
Workers 1.5 - 2.0cm

Only blandus accepted cocoons and she has 3 new eggs now :) ,but substitutus ,I don´t know ,she took it and got it on stock :(
