As a student at Wageningen University, the Netherlands, I am doing my internship at botanic garden de hortus in Amsterdam. I am searching for a solution against tropical ants (Technomyrmex and Plagiolepis) using biological control.

At the moment I am searching for parasitic mites for use in some experiments, if you have any idea how I could get these mites please let me know!

One of the resources is Exotic Ants: Biology, Impact, and Control of Introduced Species by D.F. Williams. Another one: Worldwide spread of the difficult white-footed ant, Technomyrmex difficilis by James K. Wetterer. Hope these are helpful.
