Queen: 7mm big
Location (natural habitat): South America.

Could be a fire ant, not sure which one.

it is definitely a fire ant of some type but like miszt said i can tell you either what it is but nice specimen :)

I've had a look thru lots of pics, and the closest i can find is Solenopsis invicta...

Thanks miszt, could be, looks very much like her also the size looks wright. You can see the sting very well on the picture of the queen (also in my pictures you can see it, the 1ste picture).

yeah thats what i was thinking, also the hair, legs and head formations are almost identical, although her gast seems a bit diffrent, more pointed in the pic you posted, but that may just be the light/shadows, right colors tho
