Atta species and the rest of the queens should be Camponotus.
You should go on the American forum, they know your ants better there and can identify them better and quicker, we here can only guess.
Also the Atta queen has no funugs, as said before the eggs won´t live for long.
The smaller ants might be Solenopsis or Pheidole, hard to tell from those pictures.
The first pictures are Atta laevigata. Gratulation :)
Hi Harry. I made a research on this species on the internet but I fail to identify it. Thanks a lot for identifying this species. This would be a big help in my research paper. You're a blessing to us. :)

The smaller black ants look like fireants to me
It could be Pheidole or Solenopsis, the main difference between them is that Solenopsis has no soldires but majors, what means that they are there in several sizes, Pheidole has workers and soldires.
So Solenopsis is polymorph and Pheidole is dimorph, thats how to identify them best.
Still look like Solenopsis to me. I didnt see them often in my life , just in some documentations on the tv or by myself at kalytta. As i remember they majors where thin and long just like the ones in this picture.
