Don,t worry. You'll know when you spot her.
When you look closer she is quite different then all other ants (if you have ants from colony to compare them with).
As Markus wrote a bit bigger...

Yes, i looks like two queens.

Observe for two monts. If there is still brood, you will know for shure if they are also fertilizated.

I know that these are two queens and also know that they are fertilizated. The picture was for Charlie so he knows how the queens look like.
