My informed guess... though it's hard to see the colour

The last two are definitely the 'wood ant' (or a tiny chance of being a carpenter ant worker of the species Campono tus vicinus, but I still feel it's the wood ant due to the abdomen and red legs), both of which are very common here in Canada. I've always known the first two to be queens of the species 'common black ant' (tonnes in my area and very abundant).

these ants are everywhere were i live and it's not the wood ant because these ants are very picky about there nests so i would try soil or sand or thats what they have dugin in my experience but good luck. :)
