I agree with highered, my garden is filled with Lasius flavus colonies so in summer I see hundreds of queens of this species and none of them had these bright yellow legs.
Also gaster is too small like skippy already said.
So I'm also thinking it is Lasius umbratus.

i say its a Lasius flavus colony mine have yellow legs and the ones i dug up as a child from there mounds had yellow legs

the winged queen looks exactly like mine but well without wings want me to take a pic? also i would say its Lasius Flavus

I would say its L.flavus but the queen does look odd!

I'd say its flavus to the queen still might need time to change to black legs it might be newlyish born you never know ;)
