That queen looks like a mature queen to me, purely because her gaster is so swollen with eggs.....

similar to my ligniperda queen, her gaster is like that now :o

Here are some updates :D
Colony is doing very well now it has about 25 ants and a lot of brood :lol: .Colony grow very slowly.

Very nice Mate. Well if you give them a little heating the brood would probably develop faster. (a heat mat) But don't overheat them. 25-30°c daytime is enough.
