I´d also say it is some formica. Good luck with her tho, I have bad experience with this specie. Queen didn´t succede in raising colony. She died eventualy. :?

I'd say it is Formica fusca, or Formica lemani. The last one lives mostly in mountainous areas.

Yes I believe it is a Formica aswell, although they are very similar, its hard to tell with those pictures, pics of the workers would confirm either way :) look forward to seeing your colony progress
