Hi ,
I have my queen from november 2012 and she still don't have lay eggs, I tried to give her honey but she didn't want any.
what to do? :(

I know, this is far away, but in southern europe Messor barbarus usually hold hibernation before laying eggs,
perhaps your Messor sp. need something like that too!?

In what temperatures she need to be hibernated?
(I know that in to coold temperature she will die)

If you want to know, what temperatures are adäquat for them,
look at those of their nature,
climate diagrams could help!

The hibernation passed and my queen have now about 10 eggs and more.
