Acromyrmex spec

recived 30.10.08
1 very nice looking queen form antstore with from what i could see to be about 2-3 eggs but hard to see on the white cotton wool.
i will be keeping her around 25-26oC with about 70-80% humidity.
i will be keeping them in http://www.antstore.net/shop/product_info.php/info/p781_glass-basin-50x20x50-cm-with-27mm-drilling.html 3/4 full with a mix of peat and loam. Till they need a bigger nest anyway.
but i am glad i brought some more fungus because form what i could see there was none or very little there :( but she has gladly tacken in the spare fungus and cut a small bit of rose leaf and put it next to it atm.
so, so far so good
i will get pics when i get a cam but my phone dont pick any of my ants up (its a crap phone)
Any advice, comments or anything else would be appreciated.

Quick update 1.11.08
Queen has cut the fungus in two and put 1 bit near the enterance of the test tube and taken the other bit to the other end tube.
But i am a bit concerned of how active she still is, atm she is still running up the sides of the glass and falling :(
so i am thinking of getting her back in the TT and bunging it up again, but shes still cuts the leaves i put in and put them near the fungus which is still a good sign.

the worst has hapened i came home to find the queen dead :(
but i did wonder due to how active she was and she had seemed to stop careing for the fungus altogher, even tho i gave her fruits, leaves and a small amout of honeywater so i have no idea y she died.
but to die out in less than 7 day :? any ideas wot might of happened?
thanks

These are really nice ants, but hard to start from a single queen. Hope you will have better luck next time.

ok going to change the tempature a bit, because reading through some of the German bits alot of them are keeping these at 23-25oC and doing well, so i will be keeping them at approx 24oC which might work it might not, but of couse i hope for the better :D
