Posting to the uk

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing some Atta cephalotes (bicolor), but was wondering if there would be any problems with customs etc with posting ants to the uk from germany??

I think i have bought about 7 colonys from Germany and have never had a problem. It is not illegal to keep exotic species of ants here. Unlike some countries, we are very lucky

But just exotic species are more sensitive in terms of the shipping!

Yes more sensitive perhaps, but usually the seller normally states temps they will or will not post at. And also perhaps won't guarentee the risk that the ants will arrive safe, specially with Atta.
