could you explain better how you have placed a block of y-tong on the bottom ?
Pheidologeton nests very often in the bottom of the nest you can see the room because you've covered all the bottom completely?
you could not leave some free space?

i have a colony of about 1500-2000 workers and 3 queens..i keep them in a small nest similar than your but it is connected at one bigger nest...anyway..how many queens and workers have your colony ??

The colony has one queen and about 1000-1500 workers i think. Right now its only this basin.
But in the next month i will set up another one as hunting ground.


When the colony grows to big for this basin , i will attach a YTONG Nest
