Very very active ants, it is impossible to be bored with them =)
They are very small but very lively, the colony growth is quite fast after you have more than ~50 ants (And even before then) if they have an adequate food supply.
Very easy to keep..

Very impressive ants, I just received a queen with a fair amount of brood and 3 workers today and they are huge!
Active and big, would highly recommend especially if you want to see a lot of your ants as the size of the Ligniperda makes viewing easy..
